- First heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic sauté it for sometime then add all add sliced onion after half a minute add the remaining veggies (carrot, mushrooms, capsicum, you can add any vegetables as per your choice), salt and pepper powder. Saute this for 1 to 2 mins. Then set it aside..

- Then take a baking dish (preferably rectangular as per the lasagna sheets), grease it with some butter. Then 1 tbsp. of red sauce and spread it across the baking dish, then add two lasagna sheet (according to your dish size)..
- Then above the sheets again add red sauce and spread it across the sheet, then add some sautéed veggies and spread them across. After this add the white sauce and spread it evenly, then add some cheese and sprinkle some black pepper..
- Once this is done add two more sheets and follow the same process as earlier.Then finally when the last sheets are placed, spread the white sauce above it add Mozzeralla cheese, Emmental cheese and parmesan cheese and sprinkle some black pepper..
- Now put the dish for baking at 200 degrees for about 20 min or until the crust is golden brown. The dish is ready for serving..
